Art. 5.° De la parte de Registro correspondiente a cada semana remitirá la autoridad que lo lleva una copia exacta al Juez Superior del Circuito respectivo y al Jefe del departamento o Gobernador de la Provincia a que pertenecen el Distrito y Circuito expresados y estos funcionarios, después de dejar en su despacho el debido conocimiento de aquellas noticias, las comunicarán al Poder Ejecutivo nacional.
