El juez, a solicitud de parte o de oficio, al dictar la sentencia, podrá en ella misma suspender condicionalmente su ejecución en los casos previstos por el artículo 80 del Código Penal, siempre que en el proceso se hubieren probado plenamente las circunstancias determinadas en dicho artículo.
