Artículo quinto. Para efectos de jubilación las personas que con anterioridad a la vigencia del presente Decreto hayan prestado servicios como Notarios y registradores, o empleados subalternos de carácter permanente de éstos, y que actualmente se encuentren en ejercicio del cargo, tendrán derecho a la acumulación del tiempo servido; abonando a la Caja nacional de Previsión las cuotas que hubieren debido pagar durante ese tiempo, liquidadas sobre el promedio mensual de las remuneraciones del lapso que se vaya a computar.
