º . (transitorio). Los Juzgados 2º Superior de Buga y 5º Superior de Bogotá, conocerán en su respectivo Distrito Judicial de los negocios pendientes iniciados antes del 1º de enero de 1940.

Parágrafo

Una vez cumplida la finalidad especial en relación con dichos negocios, la competencia de estos Juzgados Superiores será la misma de los demás Juzgados de su clase.
