Artículo tercero. El producto de los anteriores aumentos que se causen y recauden en el territorio de la respectiva entidad, serán destinados exclusivamente por los Departamentos, Intendencias, Comisarías y Distrito Especial de Bogotá, dentro de sus presupuestos a la financiación del alza de sueldos del magisterio en los niveles de enseñanza elemental y media.
