Salvo disposición en contrario, el funcionario dispondrá hasta de tres (3) días hábiles para proferir las providencias de sustanciación y hasta de diez (10) días hábiles para las interlocutorias.

Cuando se refiera a la libertad del sindicado el funcionario judicial dispondrá máximo de tres (3) días para proferirla.
