Permiso . Para realizar la acuicultura comercial, se requiere permiso. Para su obtención, el interesado deberá presentar a la Aunap solicitud con los requisitos que esta señale. La Aunap establecerá el procedimiento para autorizar la realización de actividades de acuicultura experimental o científica. (Decreto número 2256 de 1991, artículo 91)
