° . Vigencia y derogatorias. El presente decreto rige a partir de la fecha de su publicación en el Diario Oficial y deroga las disposiciones que le sean contrarias y en especial las siguientes: artículo 1°, artículo 3°, artículo 5°, artículo 7° y el artículo 10 del Decreto 945 de 2014.
