Restablécese el Circuito Judicial de Piedecuesta, en el Departamento de Santander, el cual estará integrado por los Municipios que lo componían antes de que fuera suprimido por Decreto legislativo del Gobierno Nacional.

Parágrafo

El Juzgado tendrá los mismos funcionarios y asignaciones que los de su categoría.
