Son funciones de la Sección de Codificación

a)

Llevar la codificación de las disposiciones legales dictadas para el Ministerio de Defensa Nacional;

b)

Elaborar el material para la publicación de las disposiciones legales en el ramo de Defensa;

c)

Suministrar los informes que se le soliciten sobre disposiciones legales;

d)

Organizar la biblioteca de la Oficina Jurídica y responder por su manejo; y

e)

Las demás que le asigne el Jefe de la Oficina Jurídica. CAPITULO V División Administrativa
