Articulo 1º. Presupuesto de Rentas y Recursos de Capital. Efectúase la siguiente adición en el Presupuesto General de la Nación para la vigencia fiscal de 2003, en la suma de ochocientos sesenta y cuatro millones doscientos noventa y siete mil pesos ($864.297.000) moneda legal, según el siguiente detalle: RENTAS DEL PRESUPUESTO GENERAL DE LA NACION
