De La Autorización De Nuevos Sabores O Presentaciones

Decreto 2780 de 1991 · por el cual se modifica parcialmente el Decreto 2333 de agosto 2 de 1982.

De la autorización de nuevos sabores o presentaciones . Cuando el titular del Registro Sanitario desee fabricar el producto alimenticio con sabores y presentaciones físicas diferentes a las autorizadas cuando se otorgó el Registro Sanitario, deberá solicita autorización al Ministerio de Salud o la autoridad delegada que haya expedido el Registro, adjuntando la nueva información técnica referida a las adiciones solicitadas.

Parágrafo

El Ministerio de Salud o su autoridad delegada autorizará mediante comunicación escrita los nuevos sabores o presentaciones físicas del producto.
