Para calcular la descarga permisible de partículas emitidas por calderas, corregidas por el factor , se aplicará la siguiente ecuación:

Parágrafo

Para los efectos de la ecuación a que se refiere, el presente artículo, adóptense las siguientes convenciones: E'; : Emisión permisible corregida para una caldera con punto de descarga de altura h, diferente a la altura de referencia . E = Emisión permisible dada en el artículo 49 de este decreto, modificada por altitud sobre el nivel del mar, si es del caso. = Diligencia en metros, entre la altura de referencia, la altura de descarga. = Factor de corrección, dado en el artículo 51 de esto decreto.
