El Gobierno dará facilidades especiales en materia de tierras y crédito agrícola a los estudiantes de las Escuelas de Agricultura a que se refiere esta Ley, par que al terminar sus estudios reglamentarios puedan procurarse medios de vida de acuerdo con sus estudios y capacidades.
