De conformidad con lo dispuesto en la Resolución ejecutiva número 215, de fecha 15 de octubre de 1946, funcionarán en el pais cinco (5) consultorios para enfermedades de la piel, los cuales estarán localizados en Cali, Ibagué, Socorro, Ouateque y Chiquinquirá.
