La autoridad administradora establecerá el procedimiento aplicable para el otorgamiento de cupos asignados en el marco del contingente IAMAS, los cuales se otorgarán sin superar el tope fiscal aprobado por el CONFIS para la vigencia fiscal correspondiente, mediante circular que deberá expedirse para estos efectos.
