Toda autoridad ante la cual se adelante o siga sumario contra algún extranjero por hecho delictuoso y punible, lo comunicará inmediatamente a la sección de Extranjeros de la Policía Nacional y enviará copia del respectivo fallo. Igualmente enviará copia de las resoluciones sobre penas que imponga a los mismos por infracciones de policía.
