Art. 2307. Debe, asímismo, encargarse de todas las dependencias del negocio, i continuar en la jestion hasta que el interesado pueda tomarla o encargarla a otro.

Si el interesado fallece, deberá continuar en la jestion hasta que los herederos dispongan.
