La participación nacional en estos contratos no será inferior al veinticinco por ciento (25%) del producto bruto, en aquellos en que el contratista recibe equipo de laboreo, como molino, planta de cianuración, elementos de transporte, herramientas, etc., y no inferior al quince por ciento (15%) del producto bruto en aquellos otros en que las condiciones de equipo sean distintas y en los cuales el contratista tenga que hacer montajes para el laboreo de las minas.
