Mientras se efectúa la reorganización administrativa de la Intendencia Especial de acuerdo con lo dispuesto en esta Ley, continuarán prestando los servicios y actividades las dependencias y funcionarios de la Intendencia y el Municipio de San Andrés e igualmente devengando los empleados las remuneraciones asignadas. Asimismo, los ingresos, rentas y auxilios que actualmente reciben seguirán siendo percibidos por tales entidades hasta que se efectúe la reorganización ordenada.
