No se harán anticipaciones por razón de sueldos á los Generales, Jefes y Oficiales, empleados administrativos del Ejército, ó empleados asimilados á militares, á quienes se destine á servir en un lugar distinto de aquél en que se encuentren domiciliados, ó á quienes se cambie por razón del servicio militar, por cuanto teniendo, como tienen derecho á los auxilios de marcha que determina el artículo 8.° de la Ley 39 de 1896, no les cobija la disposición contenida en el artículo 1222 del Código Fiscal, sobre anticipación de sueldos.
