Art. 7. º Serán de cargo del Gobierno los gustos de alimentación de los injenieros i médico desde que emprendan los trabajos de esploracion ; los de alimentacion de los obreros, si se contrataren sobre esta base; i los demás estraordinarios que, a juicio del injeniero en jefa o del inspector i con aprobación del Poder Ejecutivo, sean i ndispensables para obtener el objeto principal de este decreto.
