Las autoridades civiles están en la obligación de prestar todo apoyo y colaboración a los funcionarios del servicio territorial, para el mejor cumplimiento de su cometido, y solicitaran la colaboración de las autoridades eclesiásticas. La negligencia en el cumplimiento de esta disposición por parte de las autoridades civiles, se sancionara conforme lo estipula la presente Ley.
