Art. 28. Para disfrutar de los beneficios de la presente ley, se requiere que el interesado pida y haga la inscripción respectiva, en el registro general o departamental, dentro del término y con las circunstancias que en este capítulo se expresan. El certificado de inscripción que ha de entregarse al que inscriba una obra, constituye presunción legal de propiedad mientras no se pruebe lo contrario.
