Apruébase el tratado sobre proteccion a la propiedad literaria, celebrado por el Poder Ejecutivo con el Gobierno de la República de Costa - Rica, que fué firmado por los respectivos Plenipotenciarios en la ciudad de San José de Costa - Rica, el dia ocho de agosto de mil ochocientos setenta i tres.
