º . Reunión y quórum. La Comisión Intersectorial de Seguridad en las Carreteras se reunirá cuando menos una vez en cada mes calendario, por convocatoria del Ministerio de Transporte. La Comisión se reunirá válidamente cuando concurran al menos tres de sus miembros. Las decisiones y recomendaciones se adoptarán por mayoría simple de los asistentes.
