Articulo 9º . Los contratos que se celebren de acuerdo con este Decreto solo requerirán la aprobación del Presidente de la República y del Consejo de Ministros. Esta misma disposición regirá respecto de los créditos adicionales que hará necesidad de abrir en virtud del presente Decreto.
