En el Presupuesto de la próxima vigencia y en las siguientes se incluirá por parte del Gobierno, Ministerio de Obras Públicas, una cantidad no menor de un millón de pesos ($1.000.000.00), en cada una de ellas, para el cumplimiento de los anteriores artículos o la realización de las obras en ellos detallada.
