Destínase la suma de diez mil pesos ($ 10.000-00) para la construcción de la planta eléctrica de la población de Cajibío en el Departamento del Cauca. Dicha suma será pagada al Tesorero del Municipio de Cajibío, quien deberá rendir sus cuentas a la Contraloría General de la República.
