Articulo 1º. Todo empresario sujeto a la ley comercial que se encuentre imposibilitado para cumplir sus obligaciones mercantiles, o tema razonablemente llegar a dicho estado, podrá solicitar la admisión al trámite de un concordato preventivo potestativo.
