De la partida asignada en el Capítulo 206, artículo 2367 del Presupuesto Nacional vigente, "para auxiliar a las ferias exposiciones agrícolas y pecuarias en el país (Ley 224 de 1938, artículo 10), según distribución que hará, el Gobierno Nacional por decreto separado, en el año", hácese la siguiente distribución:
