IPC pensional ( IPCP) El IPCP a una determinada fecha f, que se denominará IPCP f , se calculará así

Si la fecha es anterior al 1° de agosto de 1954, IPCP f vale 1 ,000000

Si fes el último día de algún mes, Dónde m va desde agosto de 1954 hasta el mes cuyo final es f.

Si f no es el último día de un mes, se interpolará entre IPCP g e IPCP h , donde g y h son los finales de mes inmediatamente anterior e inmediatamente posterior a f. Si para este cálculo se requirieren uno o más valores de la VIPC que aún no han sido certificados por el DANE, se tomarán todos ellos iguales a: Dónde m recorre los últimos doce meses con VIPC certificada. Los IPCP se calcularán con siete cifras significativas.
