En los plazos que se señalaren en las leyes o en los decretos del Poder Ejecutivo, o de los Tribunales o Juzgados, se comprenderán los dias feriados; a ménos que el plazo señalado sea de dias útiles, espresándose así, pues en tal caso, i cuando el Código Judicial no disponga lo contrario, no se contarán los días feriados.
