Las disposiciones de este Código se aplican a los juicios pendientes en el momento en que principie a regir; pero los términos no vencidos, los recursos interpuestos, y las tercerías e incidentes introducidos, se rigen por la ley aplicable al tiempo en que empezó el término, se interpuso el recurso, o se promovió la tercería o el incidente.
