Los auxilios de que trata esta Ley se entregaran a una Junta designada por el Gobierno Nacional y de la cual harán parte el Presidente del Concejo Municipal si la entidad favorecida es el Municipio, y el Cura párroco si el auxilio se otorga a favor de la iglesia.
