Autorízase al mismo Instituto, de conformidad con el artículo 3 º . de la Ley 135 de 1961 , para la ejecución de las obras de aprovechamiento del río Ranchería, inmediatamente sean aprobados los estudios y diseños técnicos a que se refiere el artículo anterior, en el orden de prioridades que éstos las recomienden.
