Art. 6.° El Administrador principal de salinas fijará la cantidad de sal en que puede estimarse la merma que haya de causarse en la traslacion, para el solo efecto de inhibir al comprador del cargo, por diferencias de peso entre la cantidad entregada en la respectiva salina, i la que resulte de la entrega en la Administracion de Hacienda donde se presente.
