Auméntase en seis mil pesos oro ($ 6,000), anuales, la cantidad destinada por las Leyes 92 de 1888 y 126 de 1890, como auxilio á la Universidad del Cauca.

Parágrafo

De dicha suma se empleará la mitad en el fomento de las Facultades de Filosofía y Letras, Derecho y Ciencias Políticas, Matemáticas, Ingeniería, Agronomía y Mecánica y la otra mitad en fundación de clases de Veterinaria y Pintura.
