º. Para la cuenta de ahorros de valor constante las Corporaciones de Ahorro y Vivienda reconocerán una tasa efectiva de interés hasta del 4% anual sobre el saldo mínimo trimestral expresado en unidades de poder adquisitivo constante UPAC, siempre y cuando éste sea igual o superior a dos unidades de poder adquisitivo constante.
