Artículo primero. Declárase vigente para Colombia, desde el día 31 de julio de 1966, el "Convenio Complementario del Convenio de Varsovia, para la unificación de ciertas normas relativas al transporte aéreo internacional realizado por quien no sea el transportista contractual", firmado en Guadalajara el 18 de septiembre de 1961.
