Parágrafo

del artículo 85 de la Ley 115 de 1994, cuando en un mismo inmueble funcione más de un establecimiento educativo y cada uno tenga su propio fondo de servicios docentes, para racionalizar. La inversión, el rector de cada institución, deberá ser convocado a las sesiones de cualquier de los consejos directivos en donde se incluyan en el orden del día, temas relacionados con la administración de los fondos.
