En el evento que el titular de un arma, elemento o dispositivo menos letal, sufra pérdida o hurto, realizará de inmediato la denuncia correspondiente ante la autoridad competente e informará a la entidad que le expidió el permiso a través del medio que se disponga so pena de ser sancionado con la prohibición de expedir un nuevo permiso de porte.
