Los Comités Territoriales del Sistema Nacional de Búsqueda serán las instancias de articulación y coordinación territorial para la atención, prevención, búsqueda, identificación, reencuentro o entrega digna de los cuerpos de personas dadas por desaparecidas en contexto y en razón del conflicto armado, incluyendo a las víctimas de desaparición forzada.
