En el Presupuesto de la presente vigencia se apropiara la partida correspondiente para la construcción de edificios adecuados para los Resguardos, si el Gobierno estimare conveniente organizarlos en lugares en donde hoy no existan. Las partidas señaladas para este fin serán las que indique el Consejo de Ministros, previo el dictamen de los Administradores de Aduana y del Interventor Fiscal de Aduanas y Salinas.
