Las personas naturales que hayan cumplido 16 años de edad y sean jefes de familia podrá obtener, en forma individual o conjuntamente con su cónyuge, compañero o compañera permanente con quien comparta las responsabilidades sobre sus hijos menores, o con sus parientes hasta el segundo grado de consanguinidad, si velare por ellos, adjudicaciones de tierras baldías, o de unidades agrícolas familiares, o ser admitidos como socios de empresas comunitarias y contraer por consiguiente las obligaciones inherentes, sin necesidad de autorización judicial.
