Unánimente fue aprobado este proyecto en primer debate, en la sesión de la fecha, y se repartió al estudio de los HH. Senadores Marroquín y Gómez, con el término de cinco días, para el respectivo informe.

Regístrese, coíese, publíquese en todos los periódicos de la capital. según lo acordó el Senado y repártarse.
