Decreto 4802 de 2008 · por el cual se regula el Sistema de Licencias Anuales Abiertas para la industria minera y petrolera.

º . Las licencias anuales de importaciones expedidas tendrán validez para los despachos efectuados entre el primero (1º) de enero y treinta y uno (31) de diciembre del año respectivo. Las solicitudes de licencias Anuales deberán ser presentadas dentro de los sesenta (60) días anteriores al inicio del año para el cual se solicitan.

Parágrafo

Cuando por motivos de fuerza mayor o caso fortuito debidamente comprobado, la empresa no pueda presentar las solicitudes dentro del término fijado en este artículo, el Comité de Importaciones del Ministerio de Comercio, Industria y Turismo, previo el análisis correspondiente, podrá autorizar su tramitación.
