Concedese exención de fletes en los ferrocarriles nacionales a los artículos que vengan destinados a la exposición interamericana de Bogotá, procedentes de países extranjeros o de cualquier punto del territorio nacional. En el caso de que algunos de estos artículos fueren dados al mercado, pagaran los fletes respectivos.
