Después de ser inscrito en el Escalafón Administrativo, el empleado respectivo tendrá derecho a no ser removido del cargo que desempeña, sino por incumplimiento de los deberes que se determinan en el artículo 18 de este decreto y mediante el procedimiento que se reglamenta en el Capítulo VI.
