ARTICULO 20

Número de miembros de la oficina consular.

El Estado receptor podrá, cuando no exista un acuerdo expreso sobre el número de miembros de la oficina consular, exigir que ese número se mantenga dentro de los límites que considere razonables y normales, según las circunstancias y condiciones de la circunscripción consular y las necesidades de la oficina consular de que se trate.
